The hotel had an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and close to the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, willing to switch our room when we expressed dissatisfaction with the initial one.- The restaurant at the hotel was outstanding, offering delicious and satisfying meals.

The decor in the first room we were given was quite basic and the presence of a noisy fan outside was bothersome. The cleanliness in the bathroom could have been improved, as we noticed the floor was not properly cleaned.

The food was AMAZING with plenty of alternatives.

The location was super convenient for catching the Euro tunnel, saving us a ton of time. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the bedding was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even cooked my steak exactly how I like it, which was mind-blowing! The evening meal was absolutely delicious, with mouthwatering dishes that left us wanting more. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of, giving us great recommendations and handling any issues promptly. The room was neat and tidy, and the TV glitch was quickly resolved. The restaurant offered a jaw-droppingly delightful seafood feast, with mussels, homemade fries, and mayo that was out of this world. we had an amazing stay, with fantastic amenities like Wi-Fi, an on-site car park, a cozy bar/lounge area, and access to the beach. The children's menu and availability of cots were also a plus. Plus, they allowed pets and had non-smoking rooms available. This exceeded all our expectations and we would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a wonderful getaway.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served delicious food. I was pleased with the good wifi connection, making it easy to stay connected. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the morning staff were accommodating. The hotel also provided a secure parking area, adding to the convenience.

We had a lovely breakfast at Les Dunes with plenty of choices. The morning staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short journey to the beach. The restaurant on site was clean and pleasant, and the bar was a nice addition. We also appreciated the secure gated parking and the fact that we could open the windows for a comfortable temperature. the room was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The staff was helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.

Location was ideal for me, not far from the port and a short stroll to the beach. The restaurant was good, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The wifi seemed good and easy to connect to. They were happy to swap our 1st room and the 2nd room was lovely. Loved the personal touch, excellent restaurant, and the wonderful beach 5 minutes walk away. Pretty street outside.

Any issues, like with the TV, were quickly resolved by the helpful staff. The highlight was definitely the delicious meal we had at the hotel restaurant - the mussels were outstanding! The hotel's proximity to the channel ferry terminal was also a major convenience.
